Job Description: Odoo Implementor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Implementor to join our team. As an Odoo Implementor, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring the Odoo ERP system, and ensuring successful implementation and integration with existing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
- Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into Odoo configurations
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client's specific needs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and training materials
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and functionalities and provide recommendations for system improvements
- Assist in data migration and system integration activities
- Ensure the successful implementation and deployment of the Odoo system within agreed timelines and budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Odoo Implementor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system and its modules
- Proficient in Python programming language
- Experience in configuring and customizing Odoo modules
- Familiarity with database management systems, such as PostgreSQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
